All orders will be processed within 48 hours of placement but allow up to 3 days for shipping confirmation to be sent. Shipping confirmation will be sent to you after your order has shipped.

Orders are shipped through Canada Post. 

Free shipping for all orders over $75 within Canada. 

Free tracking on all orders that include a silk pillowcase.

Standard shipping will deliver within 5 - 10 business days.

*Our fulfillment is based in Western Canada therefore orders shipping to Eastern or remote locations could take up to 10 days.

All International orders are shipped through Canada Post.

Due to high shipping cost, international orders do not include tracking. They are securely shipped and arrive in a timely manner. If you would like tracking or express shipping on your order, please contact us through our contact form or by email ( We will get back to you right away with information on rates.

Orders will deliver within 12 - 16 business days.

Returns & Exchanges 

It is extremely important to us that you are happy with your product. We will help our customers reach satisfaction in anyway we can.

Please email with any return/exchange enquiry. 

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty product, we are happy to replace it at no cost or refund.

  • If you want to change the colour of your product, we provide 60 days for you to exchange your purchase.

  • Returns can be made up to 30 days after delivery.

*We are not responsible for shipping related incidents. Although we will be happy to help as best as possible.*

Products must be in the same condition as you received them and your payment will be refunded within 24 hours of us receiving the return. We will not cover shipping costs. Trackable shipping is encouraged as we will not be responsible for missing return deliveries.

Due to how we classify our products we can only accept returns that are unused and in their original, un-opened packaging. 


If this product has a defect that was overlooked by our quality assurance, you are able to contact us for a replacement within 30 days of the delivery date.

We stand behind our product. If there is an issue that has not been caused by damage post-delivery or theft. We are happy to exchange and cover shipping costs.
