All orders will be processed within 48 hours of placement but allow up to 3 days for shipping confirmation to be sent. Shipping confirmation will be sent to you along with tracking status after your order has shipped.

Canada

Free shipping for all orders over $50 within Canada. Orders are shipped through Canada Post. 

Tracking on all orders that include a silk pillowcase.

Standard shipping will deliver within 3 - 5 business days.

*Our fulfillment centre is based in Western Canada therefore orders shipping to Eastern or remote locations could take up to 10 days. 

Shipping under $50 - $5

Express shipping - $8 

Orders will deliver within 1 - 3 business days. 

United States

All U.S.A. orders are shipped through UPS. 

Standard shipping w/ tracking - $10

Orders over $150 - Free Shipping

Orders will deliver within 3 - 10 business days. 

Due to customs, payment of additional duties and taxes may be required depending on the delivery address.

International

All International orders are shipped through Canada Post.

Standard Air International Flat Rate - $15

Orders will deliver within 10 - 15 business days. 

Due to customs, payment of additional duties and taxes may be required depending on the delivery address.

 

Returns & Exchanges 

It is extremely important to us that you are happy with your product. We will help our customers reach satisfaction in anyway we can.

Please email info@aujoysilk.com with any return/exchange enquiry. 

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty product, we are happy to replace it at no cost within 14 days of purchase.

  • If you want to change the colour of your product, we provide 60 days for you to exchange your purchase.

  • Returns can be made up to 30 days after purchase.

Products must be in the same condition as you received them and your payment will be refunded within 24 hours of us receiving the return. We will not cover shipping costs. Trackable shipping is encouraged as we will not be responsible for missing return deliveries.

Due to how we classify our products we can only accept returns that are unused and in their original, un-opened packaging.
